What kind of foods are easy to digest and gives you alot of energy?
I have intense volleyball tryouts for like 2 weeks. I want to know what kind of foods I should eat so I have enough energy during the tryouts. Foods dat can be digested in less than 2 hours so I don't feel sick in the stomach. I need foods that can make me last in the court too. Anyone know any kind of foods or lunches?

- pasta & things with carbohydrates..drink a vitamin water
- fig newtons are super easy to digest. and they're nutritious. you can take them along for a snack

- You have to eat every three hours small portion good healthy foods. Your stomach is only the size of your fist and you have to constantly feed it for it to run at its max speed and quality. Fruits, grains, scrambled egg whites is great protein, protein bars, grilled chicken and so on..just be smart about what you eat but make sure you eat and not go without. Don't forget the water!
