What are some foods that are not highly processed and unhealthy that I can start eating?

I know that more than 90% of food we eat today is all processed food, and the more that I know about it, the more sick I get. I want to start eating healthier, tasty food, that is not processed or at least processed too much? I even see that they are placing chemicals on vegetables and fruits to preserve them, which is obviously not good. What are some good things and were are some good places I can go get these foods?

  1. Health food stores and the organic section of your local grocery store is a good place to start.
  2. Make a garden!!!! You can have fruits and veggies without being processed. Try eating things labeled organic
