What foods have the most carbs and what foods have the most protein?
I'm trying to eat the most carbs and the most protein I can. Which foods carry the MOST of each?

- meat and soy have a lot of protein. breads are carbs but those are bad carbs. i cant remember the good carbs. well, like oat and whole grain stuff
- Carbs- Almost every food contains at least a small amount of carbohydrates. Grains, fruits, and vegetables are high in carbohydrates. Some fruit and vegetables are much lower in carbohydrates than other are. All food that are breads, grains, fruit and sugar are all carbohydrates. Such things as bread, pasta, pizza, cereal, biscuits, crackers, sweets (in moderation), potatoes, vegetables, fruit, juice, etc. Protein- Pulses - e.g. beans, peas, lentils * Tofu * Quorn * Dairy products - e.g. yoghurt, cheese * Nuts & seeds * Wholegrains - e.g. wholemeal bread, porridge oats, brown rice * red and white meat * fish hope this is helpful!!!!
