What kind of healthy foods should I buy?
Well I want to start this new "healthy diet" because I believe that im very unhealthy and eat wayyy too much junk food. It's also so I can lose a few pounds, and I also heard eating healthier enhances your beauty. What are some healthy foods I should buy?

- First of all, more vegetables and fruit. Some fruits (i.e. berries) contain a lot of antioxidants, to prevent your skin from aging. Vegetables and fruits have fibre and vitamins, which is one important thing for a healthy diet. Add up on the carbohydrate! Pasta, plain wheat bread, nuts, potatoes are good and they bring you energy to keep moving everyday. Eat potatoes but don't be a couch potato. Exercise is awesome! Jogging, biking, going to the gym a few times (more than once) a week is enough. Makes you sweat and burn out your fat. Heighten your stamina...really good. That doesn't mean you forget about your dairy products. Eat cheese, drink milk and spread butter on bread. Calcium is good for the teeth and bones. As long you don't over-eat, it will still be under control. Meat and poultry are also important. A good protein supply. Protein helps you with growth. And this one is also an under-control-food-if-you-don't-over-eat kind of food.
