  2. 1)Stick some honey, lemon and garlic over some chicken, grill then serve with rice. 2)Roast some veg (peppers, onions, courgettes, tomatoes are good) in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Grill some chicken or bacon. Add them to some cooked pasta, stir in a sauce, adding creme fraiche and cheese if you want to. (If you haven't got a sauce fresh herbs and garlic are a good alternative). 3) Get a whole fish (rainbow trout are cheap) pour on some olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 200 for around 15min. Squeeze over some lemon juice if you have it. Pour boiling water over cous cous, sprinkle a vegetable stock cube over that. Serve with salad. 4) Put 3 slices of bacon on top of a chicken breast, bake until done. Melt blue cheese into cream and pour over chicken. Serve with mash and/or carrots. 5) Get pork chop or chicken thigh. Rub cajun or jerk seasoning into it. Bake until cooked through (around 30min for chicken thigh). Serve with noodles and creme fraiche (optional). 6)Steak and chips!

  6. Anything with pasta is always quick and you can add pretty much any type of sauce and other bits you want. Omelette is another good one...chuck anything in! Chicken breast- slice it open, put cheese in the middle, wrap with bacon and cook in the oven. Jacket potato- microwave for around 5 mins, use a knife to see if it's soft in the middle, and again- use whatever you like to flavour it. If you like it with crispy skin put it in the oven for a few minutes on high.
