Can an expat drive in Sri Lanka with a Philippine Driving Licence?
Can I convert my Philippine Driving License to Sri Lanka driving License? I am an expat and holding a resident visa and would like to secure a driving license to be able to drive here in Sri Lanka.

- No 'conversion's are allowed. If you are already in Sri Lanka, you can apply instead for a new Sri Lankan driving licence. Since you are an expat and are holding a resident visa, this should pose no problem.
