How can an expat marry a Saudi woman in Saudi Arabia?

I have one wife already.

  1. First, are you Muslim? What country are you from. Do you have the consent of her family? What does your first wife think? Consult a lawyer and an imam.
  2. yes.. but.... as the first poster stated some very important factors... but yes you could I suppose A Saudi girl who was my neighbor married an american man she met during the gulf war... He converted to Islam though.. they now live in USA, but they often come back to visit the family home here in SAUdi with their grandkids in tow...
  3. As the others said, you need to be muslim and have consent from her family- in the case she is under 30 - as for over 30's the law has changed. In addition you would need a marriage permission, which again for women over 30 it is relatively easy to get. Any legal office would help you with all the papers. That's all, good luck!
  4. I love you honey...It's not going to happen!!!!!!!!! love, Your WIFE!!
  5. So you want to make her your second wife...hehe funny. Well, first you have to be Muslim, second the father and the woman have to both agree to this marriage. Third, the government has to agree also, I think the woman and yourself both have to be certain ages. You have to be educated....etc Check with the Interior Ministry
  6. My sincere advice: One is enough. If you want to get Saudi nationality, it is next to impossible. If your wife is sick, help her. If you are fed up of your first wife Or If you are alone in Saudi Arabia and want company, marry someone who understands your native language If you are in love with a Saudi lady, it is easy, not as difficult as you think. Do not try anything illegal, get permissions mentioned above, most importantly from her father/custodian. I repeat point , experts say 1 is enough!!
