What foods specifically to eat to gain weight?

Now what types of foods should i eat? I already set up my workout plan like arms monday ect ect. But i havent started yet and i know i need a lot of carbs and protein and a little fat cuz i am skinny. But can somone make me a list of foods to eat everyday or try to eat? Such as what kinds of foods contain a lot of protein and carbs. Also the things to NOT eat or drink.

I used to gain before and here are the foods I've consumed that helped me a lot in gaining weight: These are foods that are high in protein and complex carbs like beans or just high in complex carbs esuch as oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread.As well as protein rich foods like steak, chicken, eggs, milk.
  3. 6-7 meals a day... meal 1....3 weetabix with milk...2 apples....about 400-500 cals meal 2....2scoops protein...2scoops carbs...about 400-500 cals meal 3...plate of rice with chicken...glass of juice...about 500 cals meal 4...same as meal 2..................................400-5… cals meal 5...plate of pasta with tuna and chickpeas...some salad and glass of juice...500 cals meal 6...jacket potato...beans...cheese....glass of juice...500 cals meal 7...yougurt...some nuts...some milk........400 cals that adds up to 3000-3400kcals!!! hope that helps! this doesnt even include your pre and post workout shakes!!! add that on and u will b laughing!
