- None.. Good hygene is basically what prevents pimples. Also, genetics . . . If your parents have/had a series of breakouts, then that may be the problem, but if not, just be clean.
- I wouldn't consider this a food, but green tea is really good for your skin.Also licorice and ginsing are excellent as well.

Add a few drops of juice from an orange or a lemon. Apply to face for 15 minutes before rinsing with a cool washcloth or a steaming warm washcloth.
