Does anyone know of any websites (not articles) such as www.edexchange.org and www.teachingtolerance.org that are related to diversity in educational settings? Websites can relate to race, ethnicity, religion,gender, sexual orientation, learning disabilities, socioeconomic status, age, language... Thanks!

- I don't know about websites, but I might be able to help you. I'm retired from a university faculty and I have a Ph.D. in teacher education and cultural anthropolgy. Most of my work entailed preparing teachers to work in multiethnic classroom situations. For starters, I'll need to know whether you'ree you're a freshman, sophomore, or whatever. It will be helpful if you can tell me what your specific goals are, and your approximate socio/ethnic class. Unfortunately, this last question is necessary because I'll need to know your awareness of expectations of students with diverse ethnic origins. I hope I can help! RG
