Can NRI purchase shares in private ltd company on repatriation basis?
i am an NRI. interested in purchasing shares from existing share holders on a private ltd company i INDIA - engaged in paper board manufacture. Do i do this on repatriation basis? do i need RBI permission etc. Thanks
