Have you ever used the American repatriation loan to pay for your ticket home ?
If so what was you expieriene with this ... I am currently in Romania and while Ive saved a bit to get home I am so sick and the prices get higher each day i look.

- Your going to have to pay for it one way or another. Instead, get the cheapest flight hop you can find to Ireland, the UK, or Germany using http://www.whichbudget.com then a separate ticket to the US with Aer Lingus, American, Delta, or Continental. It is often MUCH cheaper this way. I did this last year using Ryanair to Ireland, then Continental to the USA, and saved about $400.
- I don't think you can get a repatriation loan unless it is some kind of emergency.
